As part of the Oriental Club’s ongoing commitment to provide modern facilities for members, the Club continues to expanded it's business facilities. There is a small IT suite that is equipped with three PCs/printers and has the facility for wired and wireless laptop internet access. These facilities are currently provided free of charge to members. The Boardroom can accommodate meetings for up to 14 people. This is left open to members free of charge as a quiet room for personal use or may be reserved in advance for exclusive use for a modest fee. Conference Call facilities are available, on request, on a fully chargeable basis.

Larger meetings may be accommodated in the splendid surroundings of the Library or Garden Room. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Club.

The Small Drawing Room (Green Room) may also be used for business purposes. That is to say, papers are allowed to be out and laptops, mobile phones and other electronic devices (PDAs, Blackberrys) may also be used. Briefcases and attaché/laptop cases are permitted provided that they are taken there and removed by the back staircase only and not through the main part of the Clubhouse. Full staff service continues to be available, including sandwiches and refreshments.
